Updates for flashvideo module. Adds admin options for Autostart, playerColor and button visibility. Also adds video/mp4 and video/quicktim support.

FLV Slow Loading

The loading of FLV files is really slow. It looks like an apache configuration issue, but still I'm not sure? Any ideas how to fix it?
