I cannot see the error. You will have to review server error logs.
Seems to work on the root album http://163.19.190.225/gallery2/mediaRss.php

looks like your mediaRss.php is working now.
for mode=dynamic you need to enable the dynamic albums module in gallery admin -> plugins

looks like you're trying the rest.php, but the url is incorrect.
http://163.19.190.225/rest.php?mode=dynamic&g2_view=dynamicalbum.RandomAlbum&g2_albumId=15&maxSize=640
should be
http://163.19.190.225/gallery2/rest.php?mode=dynamic&g2_view=dynamicalbum.RandomAlbum&g2_albumId=15&maxSize=640

I would recommend this for cross domain compatibility.

This almost works.
I get 500 errors on the images. Seems the & is interfering.
Can you enable the rewrite module to see if it resolves it?
