Hi Flashyourweb,
I saw your player on the Mediagallery website and would really like to try it out. I have a Gallery2 and Mediagallery installation with home video of the kids I am converting to FLV files.

How do I get this cool playerSmile

Best Regards,
Rick

Hello Rick,
Our player is already available in Gallery2 as of 2.2 in the FlashVideo module by default.
And as far as I know Mark is still planning on including it in the next release of Media Gallery (1.4.8) as I made a version just for it.

Our mp3player is also included in both Smile

Thanks for the reply! That sounds cool.
I just looked again, and I do not have Gallery version 2 on my original site, but version 1.53. I will try and upgrade this to vesion 2 and try again.
I am using vesion 1.47 of mediagallery, and I guess it is not included in that. So maybe I have not done anything wrong.
I guess I just don't understand how the player is supposed to work in the Gallery.
Is it a function that is included and is just called up when the gallery item is clicked?
I do not see the player appear at all.
I wonder if there is a howto guide to get the player to show when an item is selected. Maybe my file type is not correct. I have tried both FLV and SWF files.

/Rick

I believe Mark makes nightly snapshots of Media Gallery available for download if you wish to have that feature.
And as stated above Gallery2.2 is required. Gallery2 will work with your Geeklog site with my bridge.

Flash video files(flv) are the only format that works with the player.
Although I also made an mp3 player for both galleries as well Smile.
